What We Do

We run a Resource Center for women aged 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond.

Specifically, we help older women jumpstart new, exciting life chapters. Think of it this way: you are an older woman, retired or looking at retirement. Society expects that you have had it all — that you should step aside and live a quiet, motherly and/or grandmotherly life at the back end.

Yet for many of us older women, the reality is different. It is possible at this mature age to be contending with diverse challenges such as financial, health, or broken relationships, among others.

However, notably, older women have many resources — the skills, the experience, the networks, and maybe the capital — to confront many of their challenges. Yet many remain stuck, mostly due to societal pressure. We are here as agemates, to re-ignite the older woman's dreams by motivating her through action to take that initial step toward achieving her dream, and to keep going amidst the odds.
